We’ll be honest about that, too. Results depend on the fabric, the stain, how long it’s been there and what’s already been used on it. Send a photo and tell us what happened. We assess the right approach rather than promise every stain will disappear.
Are these the actual prices?
They’re the published starting prices for each item and size. Before you book, we confirm your material, condition, full scope, access and any additional charges. Your estimate isn’t a payment or a final quote. Once we’ve seen your photos, we text you an exact price. Minimum order $129 per visit. Basic spot treatment is included; heavy stain or pet odor treatment is +$40, and fabric protector is +$40. The price we text is the price you pay. No surprises on site.
How long until I get my couch back?
Our current guidance is around 1–2 hours of cleaning for most jobs. Drying is separate and depends on the material, treatment and airflow. Your technician will explain when it’s ready to use.
What about my kids, pets or sensitive skin?
Tell us about allergies or sensitivities before the visit, along with any pet accidents. Our published service guidance specifies non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning solutions; the team can discuss the treatment and aftercare for your particular home.
Do I have to be there?
Not necessarily. We need access and agreed job details. Arrange access with the team when booking; don’t include door codes or other sensitive details in an initial enquiry.
Do you clean kitchens and bathrooms too?
We specialize in upholstery, sofas, carpet, rugs, chairs and mattresses. This is not a general housekeeping or maid service. For commercial upholstery and carpet care, use our business enquiry page.
Will you come to my neighborhood?
We serve Los Angeles, including West Hollywood, Hollywood, Fairfax & Hancock Park, Santa Monica, West LA & Brentwood, the South Bay, Beverly Hills, Culver City & Palms, Mid-City & Miracle Mile, Silver Lake & Los Feliz, Downtown LA and Venice & Marina del Rey (see all service areas).
